- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Handle customer requests/enquiries and deliver excellent customer service to both museum visitors as well as the shop customers.
- Handle the other daily operations of the museum and shop including opening and closing.
- Basic management of inventory and stock take
- Able to achieve store as well as personal sales targets
- GCE 'N' Level or above. Able to converse in good English
- Positive disposition with strong interest in service and retail industry
- Responsible, resourceful and have the passion in delivering quality and professional customer service
- Ability to strive in a dynamic and multi-tasking service and retail
environment
- Able to work retail hours, on weekends & public holidays
- Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage
Salary
The salary is very much dependent on the Job type (i.e. permanent or temporary, full-time or part-time) and relevant experience. If you are able to perform, you will be well compensated! - Handle customer requests/enquiries and deliver excellent customer service to both museum visitors as well as the shop customers.
