Job Description
The candidate will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing team in daily activities and operations.
Scope of work:
• Assist in providing sales and technical support to new and existing customers
• Monitor, update and report on status for sales
• Liaise and coordinate with various departments (Sales, Finance & IT Operations)
• Identify issues and assist in providing solutions/changes
Abilities and Skills Required:
We are looking for someone who has:
• Major in Business/Communications/IT
• Some previous experience in a sales coordination role is advantageous
• Basic IT knowledge (including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Soft skills:
• Meticulous, well-organized and diligent, with a good eye for details
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently
• Able to multi-task and work well in a fast-moving environment
• Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills – must be able to speak English and Mandarin
• Polytechnic graduates & undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Only Singaporeans & PRs studying in Singapore need apply
