Job Description
[This is a Full Time Position]
The candidate will be working closely with the Marketing & Sales team in daily activities and operations.
Scope of work:
- Support the digital marketing campaign- website optimization, online outreach through social media platforms, monitoring on blogs, forums, social networks
- Assist in the development of marketing materials in terms of research, data collation, analysis
- Assist in managing and coordination of marketing activities and events, helping out with logistics, media reports, PR campaigns, trade shows
- Basic copywriting (reports, emails, flyers, invitations etc)
- Admin and ad hoc duties as assigned
Abilities and Skills Required:
We are looking for someone who has:
- Major in Marketing/ Communication/ Business/ Advertising/IT
- Some knowledge with website development (this would be a plus
- Some previous experience in a marketing communication role (this would be a plus)
- Basic knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML
Soft skills:
- Meticulous, well-organized and diligent, with an eye for details
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Able to multi-task and work well in an ever-changing environment
- Have excellent communication skills –English and Mandarin; Mandarin will be advantageous to communicate with Chinese speaking suppliers and associates
