Job Description

We are looking for a HR Executive to join our vibrant team of professionals working from our new Singapore office. As a HR assistant, you will provide support to managers with general HR related matters.

  • Assisting in the formulation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
  • Partnering with the International HR team, to implement global HR programmes.
  • Preparing HR reports such as headcount, turnover reports.
  • Perform day-to-day operation which includes administration of employee welfare benefits, recruitment, on-boarding including orientation and off-boarding process, insurance & compensation issues, performance management as well as employee relations.
  • Support the full spectrum of monthly payroll computation and processing for all employees remuneration package including reviewing of overtime claim, leave encashment, monthly incentive payout and allowances verification.
  • Manage employee benefit & welfare such as leave administration, workmen compensation, processing of work passes, etc
  • Manage general HR related matters, including employee grievances & counselling.
  • Administering insurance enrolment, termination, yearly renewal of policies, and insurance claims matters.
  • Perform administrative and office support, including maintaining HR files and systems.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, IRAS and CPF regulations.
  • Strong initiatives, well organized, meticulous and possess good planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a high degree of integrity and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in using Times Payroll/HR software will be advantageous.
