Your responsibilities will include identifying, developing and maintaining client business relationships by providing support, information and guidance on profit and service improvements. Additionally, you have to be involved in the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing for candidates, interviewing them, presenting them to clients, and discussing salary packages with both the client and the candidate. Your aim is to maintain quality service and build mutual benefiting relationships with both the client and candidate. Work with a team of consultants to accomplish related results as needed.
