As a HR Assistant, your roles involve:
· Assist HR in the recruitment process by arranging and conducting phone interviews for internal candidates
- Answer phone calls and do the appropriate call forwarding
· Involved in the organizing of corporate events, doing online marketing research
· Daily administrative duties such as data-entry and filing
Requirements
· Min 3 days per week, office hours from 8.30am-6pm
· 3 months commitment and above
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
· Working location: Orchard
