Reporting to the Director of Reactor Training, key deliverables include:

  • Assist in Development of training programmes, training curriculum, pedagogy and materials.
  • Assist in Delivery of training sessions & workshops, peer mentoring and facilitation.
  • Assist in Consulting for client on their training & developmental needs, specifically for entrepreneurship & startup-related programmes.
  • Assist in Managing key sales accounts, perform liaison, and build relationships with clients.
  • Assist in Pitching and close new sales contracts whilst delivering exemplary customer service.
Qualifications

Candidates should preferably fulfil at least one (1) of the following requirements:

  • Have taken part in at least 1 prior project where you were a trainer, facilitator, coach or peer mentor, be it in school, CCA or otherwise, or
  • Made at least 1 public presentation to a youth-centric audience, preferably in a domain related to education, tech and youth empowerment, or
  • Have taken part in at least 1 business case project or competition, or demonstrate having used consulting skills in an equivalent setting, or
  • Have at least 1 prior appointment where you were in charge of sales, performed account management, or demonstrated client relations skills.

Position Details

  • Internship: Minimum 8 weeks over school break, 5 days/week, 40-44 hours/week.
  • *Where applicable, may be counted towards university''s internship requirements.
  • Suitable for students who have just completed A-Levels, Diploma, or Undergraduates on term break.
  • Priority given to candidates who can commit to longer time-periods, and/or are open to continuing with part-time employment during school-term.
  • Negotiable allowance, depending on experience.
