Job Description: The company is one of Singapore's leading Japanese restaurant chain operator. It has several restaurant concepts under its restaurant division. The applicant's job description is as follows, 1) To be trained how to handle customer complaint 2) To be trained the correct way of appreciating Japanese Food. 3) To be trained how to establish correct and good ways of customer relation and attentive service. 4) To be trained to work as a role model to provide excellent service to customers 5) To be trained to maximize current customer's network by using correct strategies to increase sales and profits The applicant should have positive working attitude and is service-oriented in his/her work.
