- Daily sales and proceeds reconciliation and update
- Ensure cash sales are being banked in daily
- Vouchers tracking and issuance
- Entries of sales records and update into the system
- Preparation of monthly sales journal entries
- Submission of monthly sales report to landlord
- Issuance of month miscellaneous sales invoices
- Preparation of daily sales report for management’s review
- Assist in data entry of purchase orders into system
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Job
Requirements:- Minimum NITEC in Accounting
- 1 year accounting experience required
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply
- Familiar with Microsoft office application - word, excel
- Able to commence work in short notice preferably
- Good teamwork and communication skills
