Job Description
The IT Sales Executive is responsible for the direct sale of Rainmaker Labs products, an

application-centered suite of software products that makes it easy to monitor, analyze 

customer loyalty. The Rainmaker Labs Sales Representative is responsible for developing the 

sales strategy in line with achieving company sales objectives.

Primary Roles/Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales for Rainmaker Labs solutions and outperform Sales KPI targets 

• Develop a sales strategy, including a target prospect list, a regional sales plan, and a 

channel sales plan, coordinate regional Rainmaker Labs events, and qualify prospects

• Deliver Rainmaker Labs sales presentations/demonstrations

• Forecast and report sales activity

• Travel as required

• Perform additional duties as required
