Job Description
 Ownership of sales operation tasks led by the Sales Manager 
 Assist and support the Sales team on each stage of the selling process 
 Participation in all team activities and integration into the team 
 Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their 
evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel 
partners, and close sales
 Keep Rainmaker-labs Management informed by maintaining accurate customer and pipeline 
records 
 Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
