Job Description
Position Description & Responsibilities:
• Manage product including plan, identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, resources
management, stake-­‐holders communications
• Breakdown projects into tasks
• Estimate effort required for each task
• Provide project plan at high-­‐level and detail level to identify task, resources,timeline and
dependencies as well as ownership
• Define production support structure
• Implement Product Support Structure
• Conduct QualityTesting
• Manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved
• Communicate timely project status, progress,issues and risk management as well as risk mitigation of
the project to all team members, stakeholders and management through project
metrics
•Facilitate resolution of issues; escalate issues to project steering committee.In addition,act as mediator between
stakeholders and team members
• Ensures actions items are completed in a timely manner by members of the cross functional team
• Define key performance metrics to measure the success of the project

Required Skills/Competencies:
• Strong IT project management and people management
skills
• Familiar with the software development lifecycle
• Proactive self-­‐starter with an analytical and creative mind
