- This company is managed by a team of seasoned professionals with more than 15 years of experience in hotel food service and catering services. Leading their kitchen operations are award-winning chefs. The management includes experienced sales and operations staff in hotel banquet services. The company has a wide base of corporate customers, ranging from MNCs to institutions. The Intern is expected to assist in 1) planning and organizing of events 2) the on-site setting up of buffet tables and laying buffet food 3) acting as service staff whenever required. Students with keen interest in food and has interest or backgroud in Operations, Supply chain managment will be exposed to the daily operations events and professional catering services. Last but not least, the Intern should posses good communications skills to be effective in his/her Internship
