- Ensuring outlet SOPs are enforced and maintained
- Ensure outlet is always kept presentable; doing opening/closing
- Effective upselling and promotion of items, in order to help drive outlet targets
- Feedback and work with management to resolve outlet issues
- Soliciting customer feedback, giving recommendations to customers, and resolving any customer issues/complaints in a professional and pleasant manner
- Order taking and serving customers
QualificationsOther Information- 2 years’ experience in a bar/restaurant, with minimum 1 year in a fine dining environment
- Basic knowledge of wine pairing and bar/ cocktail preparation
- Genuinely interested to grow in the F&B industry, with ability to recommend items to guests
- A team player, with good communication skills, initiative, and a fantastic attitude
- Presentable and professional outward appearance
- Excellent command of English and speaks well
- Trustworthy, looking to build a career, and grow with the group long term
- Willingness to work in Sentosa
- Minimum GCE “N” Levels or equivalent
- Priority will be given to those who can start immediately
- Attractive Salary (commensurate with experience), plus incentive packages
- Staff Meals provided
- 5-Day work week most times (for Sentosa outlet)
- Annual and public holiday accruable leave
