Quayside Fish Bar & Bistro – F&B Door Hostess

We are actively recruiting and have open positions for the role of a Door hostess/ Receptionist for an exciting concept (3 locations across Singapore).

Responsibilities

• Be stationed at entrance of outlet to assist passers-by with menu and outlet enquiries
• Usher guests to their seats, taking initial drink orders
• Taking and managing guest reservations
• Ensuring outlet SOPs are enforced and maintained
• Effective upselling and promotion of drink items, in order to help drive outlet targets
• Soliciting customer feedback, giving recommendations to customers, and resolving any customer issues/complaints in a professional and pleasant manner
• Feedback and work with management to resolve outlet issues

Requirements

• Min. 1 year experience in a similar role
• Genuinely interested to grow in the F&B industry, with ability to recommend items to guests
• A team player, with good communication skills, initiative, and a fantastic attitude
• Presentable and professional outward appearance
• This is an active role - successful candidate will not be office bound, and hence should be physically fit
• Excellent command of English and speaks well
• Trustworthy, looking to build a career, and grow with the group long term
• Willingness to work in Sentosa, and evening shifts (till midnight weekdays/ 1am on weekends)
• Minimum GCE "N" Levels or equivalent
• Priority will be given to those who can start immediately
