Job Description

Your responsibilities:

·       Responsible for our most important asset - our customers and partners.

·       Adoption of booking requests and forwarding them to our partners.

·       Tasks in the back office on reservations, products, services and concierge service.

·       Optimizing and maintaining the existing customer network.

Requirements:

 

·       Interests in calling and good speaking skills.

·       Very good English (spoken and written), Cantonese or Mandarin a major plus.

·       Willingness to work on weekends.

·       Flexibility, team orientation and startup mentality.

·       Good MS Office skills.
