Job Description

Recruiting Intern – Singapore (m/f)

Responsibilities

·         Recruitment and Onboarding Support of Quandoo Singapore staff

·         Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reporting  on recruiting activity

·         Coordinating interviews, developing job specifications and supporting Management with assessing departmental staffing needs to plan for future growth

·         Organizing and conducting the Assessment Center for potential sales staff

·         Networking with outside sources in the community (business associations, universities, alumni, professional organizations, etc.) to identify top-tier talent.

Qualifications

·         A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or within a similar field of study.

·         A solid understanding of staffing/recruiting processes and ability to support in the recruitment of all levels of professionals from entry-level to corporate.

·         Ability to multi-task efficiently within a high-volume environment, while meeting recruiting targets and departmental deadlines

·         Fully proficient with MS-Office

·         A professional to native level of English, Cantonese or Mandarin a major plus.
