Quality Panels Asia (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is a fieldwork & recruitment agency operating in South-East Asia for qualitative & quantitative projects.

Our Singapore office would require the intern to commit for a minimum time-period of 3 months, 5 days work week, from 9am-6pm. We can offer a full-time position for interns with proven ability to contribute.

Job Responsibilities

--Providing general administrative support

--Maintain and assist with all general filings/correspondences

--Hosting the venue of the fieldwork and arrange facilities required for smooth running of the fieldwork (E.g. prepare attendee list, room facilities management, prepare documents print out, and confirm the attendance)

--Perform data entry

-- Assisting with survey recruitment projects (E.g. Compile the respondent list & conduct phone interviews)

--Ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

--Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.

--Good communication and interpersonal skills

--Multi-tasking with positive and pleasant attitude

--Ability to take initiative and a proactive approach, and excellent organisational skills

--Proficient in MS Office
