Job Description

Responsibilities
- Write elegant, semantic codes.
- Use the latest web standards such as HTML5, CSS3, PHP, JQuery to convert static design into a graceful user experience.
- Work closely with the Design Team and handle multiple projects at a time.
- Monitor and maintain for existing and new projects.
- Optimise design and performance across all devices.
Must-Haves
- Knowledge in web design and development process.
- Proficient in Photoshop, HTML5, CSS3, javascript and PHP.
- Bonus points for proficiency in mySQL and Ruby.
- Experience in mobile applications is a strong plus.

You’re passionate about writing logical, well-structured code that’s easy to navigate. You don’t consider a project done until it works in IE. You test your code on multiple browsers at all times and know how to iron out the kinks.

You see something that can be improved, and you don’t wait for permission to fix it. You have a strong desire to take a website to a world-class design standard.
YOU CAN FIND THE ROOT CAUSE OF PROBLEMS
You enjoy not just addressing the immediate issue, but tracking down and resolving the underlying source of the problem.
YOU LOVE AUTOMATION
If a complicated sequence can be configured to be kicked off with one command, you love to create the script to do so.
YOU UNDERSTAND COMPLEX COMPUTER TERMS AND PROCESSES
You understand web design industry jargons and how they serve to facilitate processes.
YOU COMMUNICATE WELL
You can articulate issues to team members and clearly convey how your solutions will work to address the issues we face.
