Internship Goals

Your duties as Publicist Marketing Intern are as follows:

1.     Identify all local influence centers (media, journalist, editors, bloggers and influencers) to develop PR and marketing programs

2.     Assist with business development per blueprint and marketing strategy

3.     May assist with performing client assessment; coordinate with all parties to ensure client starts in a timely manner

4.     Assist with visits and/or arranging meetings with persons responsible for or in a position to refer clients, this includes retail, hotels, restaurants and corporate sector

5.     Utilizes monthly marketing and public relations calendar to coordinate activity with Singapore media and bloggers

6.     Assist with customizing and then disseminating marketing news and draft editorial content

7.     Arrange presentations of services at agency’s office

8.     Attend business events, conferences, networking events representing our business services

9.     Network with others in the industry to develop new business opportunities

10.  Assist in coordinating various marketing methods including direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media and develop new methods of marketing

11.  Assist with managing a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
