Job Description

The PR Assistant (Intern) will work closely with us to produce basic production and detailed work required for various accounts. This includes but is not limited to the following:

Maintenance and creation of media lists and editorial calendars
Media database management?
Research and PowerPoint presentations?
Update and maintenance of photo files?
Press kit assembly and distribution?
Drafting of media releases and fact sheets
Hosting bloggers / media through events
Media Pitching
Compile Media Reports
Media Evaluation
General administrative duties (faxing, filing, copying, phone calls)

The PR Assistant will also coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by account managers.? The position is for three months.
