1. Draft news releases and media alert, fact sheets, client meeting minutes, status reports, media pitching updates
2. Develop media event planning, media training sessions, presentations, meetings and brainstorming sessions as directed
3. Media list updating including client prospecting and administrative databases
4. Database creation, fax list and data list
5. Send out to press client releases and information
6. Conduct and coordinate media drops and assists with media drop destination list
7. Conduct regular press follow ups on daily / weekly basis
8. Liaise with external vendors on printing of marketing collaterals, renting of visual / audio equipment, photography, graphic arts services and supplying needed furniture.
9. Assists with administrative duties including fax processing, sorting, collating, stuffing envelops, mailings and other administrative functions as assigned.
10. Assists with the time slips daily, with the express goal of maintaining 95% of client billable time, reviews and responds to administrative duties and activities assigned in a timely fashion.
11. Supports the firms’ efforts by drafting news releases and performing research activities
12. Assist firm staff with client business development and organizing press events.
