Job Description: Earn As u learn Scheme for New or inexperienced RES!
New RES has no basic pay but need to spend on daily necessities, prospecting and marketing costs. Many new RES leave the industry after the 1st 6 mths because they cannot get and close deals fast enough but expenses still needs to be paid! What's more, during the initial 6 mths, being green, u may lose out on potential deals because u do not understand what clients want or need or u may not know how to communicate effectively with them!
With our internship, we teach u the ropes even before you get your license! Under CEA rules, you cannot practise without a license but u can observe and learn how the experienced agents do their work!
Your main job scope will be:
1) Doing telesales , whereby u will pick up effective communication skills
2) On the Job training
3) Learning real estate lingo and terms
4) Form filling (necessary paperwork when getting offers or listings)
On top of daily remuneration, u will also enjoy profit sharing!
When u get your license, you are ready to go solo because you are already trained! If not, you can continue to work as an intern until you are ready!
