Job Description
    • Support the implementation of employee training:

    • Prepare training schedule for business units within the organisation

    • Work closely with line managers to schedule employees for training 

    • Compile, file training records systematically and ensure training forms are filled up by employees

    • Admin duties such as processing monthly invoices 

    Requirements: 

    • Candidate must possess at least a GCE “O” Level and above

    • No work experience required

    • Keen interest in handling payroll and general HR administrative functions 

    • Able to start work at short notice

    • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (To liaise with Chinese associates)
