Job Description: As a client experience manager, your foremost responsibility is to keep our clients and their guests happy. This means that:
1. you should be comfortable when interacting with visitors
2. you are expected to assist in service execution for guests, which may include the preparation of devices, quality checks and delivery to hotels
3. you will play an active role in supporting the growth of our customer network.

Some technical aptitude is encouraged, to understand the devices that we provide for hotel guests, but this is not mandatory as training will be provided.

Understanding a foreign language is also not mandatory, but will be a great asset in this role.

You may expect opportunities to stretch yourself as you support company's efforts in:
1. designing experiences that will wow guests and satisfy our hotel partners
2. engaging the larger travel community through our social media channels
3. working with hotels to ease their integration pains
