Job Description
Your duties as an intern is to understudy the F&B Supervisors and assist as follows:
  • To ensure that the service is at all times performed in a professional manner and to the style as specified by the Restaurant’s Owners 
  • To be fully conversant with every dish served in the Restaurant and maintain good knowledge of restaurant recipes, prepared foods and ingredients and assist in recommendation of dishes, wine and other food items
  • To make sure that Company’s Culture, Vision, and Objectives are followed and utilised at all times 
  • To ensure that the Restaurant areas are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness 
  • Operates cash register as needed, follows all front end and cash accountability procedures
  • Prepare beverage items and other food items as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs
