Overall objective:
Support the Finance and Admin team Singapore in all finance and administrative related matters:
1. Administrative support
a) Provide support in planning, re-organization and co-ordination of filing systems including packing of files for Singapore office.
b) Provide support in drafting new admin and HR schedules for office.
c) Liaising with office/store suppliers for the company.
d) Update existing schedules in admin drive.
e) Provide support in organizing staff training for the company.
2. Finance support
a) Support in the execution of the fixed assets tagging for MBS store and office fixed assets.
b) Assist in the creation of new tracking schedules for Finance drive
c) Update existing schedules in Finance drive
3. Other responsibilities
Support in other office assignments when the need arise.
Requirements:
Preferably previous working experience in administrative work in any industry
• High proficiency in MS Office (user) skills especially Excel.
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Interpersonal skills/communication skills
• Planning ability and quality oriented
• Logical reasoning ability
• Team working ability
• Open minded, dynamic, confident, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Good organisational skills
