Job Description: During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas: Responsibilities: - Source, liaise, negotiate and coordinate venues for events - Liaise with various departments, vendors, suppliers and events coordination - Managing all logistical and administrative aspects of the seminars/events and conferences - To assist in events planning & execution of the project - Coordinate with sponsors to support advertising & promotional activities - Ensure successful completion of the events/seminars or conferences Requirements: - Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent. - Applicants must be willing to work in Ubi Area. - 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 4 month(s).
