Job Description

Summary: To support the Director/ Manager in running a professional and organized department that cater to the employee needs throughout their lifecycle in the company

  • Assist to manage online Performance Management System
  • Monitor employee records to ensure commitments from the company including confirmation letters and warning letters
  • Update Exit Interview on timely basis
  • Administer and coordinate internal and external training programmes.
  • Generate Training Report on a monthly basis
  • Assist the Director/ Manager in all HR special projects and administrative tasks (HRIS implementation, development of training program)
