his is an exciting and varied front line role involving telemarketing, some relationship marketing as well as the opportunity to develop customer account management skills. Being part of a sales and marketing team, you will also provide some administrative support to our Business Development Managers and Sales Director.
- Contact businesses by telephone in order to solicit sales by introducing products or services
- Identify the business to a sales lead
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of suspects from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations
- Nurture a marketing lead to a sales lead by developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with the suspects/prospects, and maintaining them over time
- Work closely with sales and marketing team to review sales lead status
- Maintain records of contact information and marketing database
- Answer telephone calls from suspects who have been solicited through sales activities
