PERFORM is looking for an Ads Ops Executive who will be responsible for all aspects of launching, trafficking, troubleshooting, analyzing, and overseeing the fulfillment of campaign media and objectives. The role requires collaboration across many PERFORM departments including sales, publishing, and product teams. The ideal candidate must be VERY detail-oriented, ANALYTICAL, ORGANIZED and possess strong skills to manage the post IO workflow communication process to ensure that campaigns launch on time, correctly, deliver flawlessly, and report precisely. Applicants should have a knowledge and understanding of the digital ad sales process as well as rich media advertising technology.
Day to day management of mobile display and performance campaigns in Asia
In depth data analysis of campaign reports to insure client metrics are met, including performance optimization
Manage creative approval, creative optimization and inter-department communication to manage the process + implementation
Management of client expectations, communication and reporting metrics.
Assist in the development of custom creative with internal departments and clients.
Assist Sales Team in meeting and exceeding sales goals through campaign strategy and optimization.
Work with publishing team to secure inventories required for meeting the client objectives.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ year experience working in online display media operations, experience in mobile is a strong plus, especially in performance optimization, DSP environment
Experience with ad serving platforms
Working knowledge of media research tools comScore and Nielsen
Strong experience in technologies used to support online advertising operations: ad serving, audience management tools, inventory applications, HTML, XML, and third-party ad tags
Exceptional client service skills
Very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Well versed in the Microsoft Office suite specifically, Excel and Power Point
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-pace environment
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team
