Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping of company transactions
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Invoicing to customers and tracking of payments
- Matching of suppliers’ invoices to purchase orders
- Ad hoc admin duties/tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines
- Final year undergrads preferred as conversion to full time is possible
- Required skill(s) – Microsoft Word, Excel
- Software skill(s) - QuickBooks / UBS (Preferred but not necessary)
- Must be an independent worker
