• Handling Orders follow up for import/export shipments (both air / sea freight)
• Perform Customer service activities, attending to customers’ enquiries, complaints
• Prepare quotations when sales are not available for urgent shipments
• Working closely with Sales & operations divisions
• Co-ordination between internal offices / agents & clients for orders follow up via ocean / air import & export
• Handling of crosstrade shipments
• Doing bookings of shipments
• Preparing documentations such as permits, bill of lading, billings and pre-alert docs to agents
• Arranging Custom clearance for customers, & door delivery services

Qualifications

GCE "N" / "O" / "A" / NITEC / DIPLOMA / DEGREE

Other Information

Singaporean Only.

Spoken and written proficiency in English & Chinese preferred for liaison with mandarin-speaking counterparts.
