In-charge of full spectrum of recruitment activities
- Plan and coordinate recruitments: prepare job announcements and advertisement
- Schedule interviews as required by Hiring Managers
- Prepares new employee files
- Updating monthly list of new hires
- Responsible for effectively recording, maintaining and reporting human resource information
- Ensure database is accurately recorded and cross checked
- Enter new hire information into HR database
- Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Establishing and maintaining professional working relations with internal and external stake holders
- Receives and tracks employment applications
- Assist with questions and problems courteously and promptly
- Maintains and projects the Company''s professional reputation
- Maintain effective communication, coordination and working relations with Company personnel and Management
- Perform customer service functions by answering HR queries and requests
- Keeps management appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned
- Ensures that work area is clean, secure and well-maintained
- Prepare memos and letters as requested
- Assist in filing and other HR administrative duties
- Assist department with various research projects and/or special projects
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Preferably with Diploma in any field, with minimum 1 year relevant experience in Human Resource
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Good interpersonal skills, accountable and responsible attitude
- Meticulous with good attention to detail
- Independent with initiative and willingness to learn
- Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel
- Able and willing to work on alternate 5.5-day work week
