Padang & Co – Events Intern

Padang & Co is the Open Innovation company.  We bring together talented members of our diverse community and organisations from the public, private and people sectors to consider challenges, collaborate on ideas and co-create new solutions.  In the past three years, we have organised over 10 online challenges, 30 hackathons and many more workshops.

As an Events Management Intern, you will:

·      Assist in the planning and execution of all our events – from conceptualisation to timeline management and execution

·      Source for suitable vendors, suppliers and volunteers to support all events logistics

·      Coordinate between various internal stakeholders

To be an Events Management Intern, you should:

·      Is a team player, who enjoys multi-tasking and the energy of a start-up

·      Is organised, detail-oriented and able work independently

·      Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint (or Keynote for Mac)

·      Experience running events
