- We are on the hunt for talented, driven & personable individuals to join team OE! Here's what we're looking for in an OuterEdit Account Management Intern:
- Is outgoing, able to contribute new ideas, and add to the ideas of others
- Demonstrates a deep passion and understanding for creativity & branding - especially within the context of the retail, entertainment and design industries
- Is equipped & able to structure & compile presentation decks for internal/external sharing
- Is a self starter, proactively thinks on his/her feet, and has an ability to work / multi-task independently & efficiently with minimum supervision
- Is comfortable managing & liaising with creative collaborators, partners and stakeholders
- Possesses excellent inter-personal communication skills, and is able to effectively convey ideas, briefs, instructions & feedback to the team
- Is open-minded, with a strong appetite for teamwork and job-based learning.
- Is confident with the use of a computer, internet-based productivity/collaboration tools and social media
- Possesses a pride for his/her work, is confident, and maintains a positive, pleasant & enthusiastic disposition in the face of challenges.
- Maintains a strong track record of relevant work experience, portfolio & academic excellence
- Is comfortable leading / assisting with projects at any (concept / production / roll-out / completion) stage of development while coordinating with internal team members, and external agencies, partners, collaborators, etc.
- Thinks different, is willing to take risks, and whom can handle rejection/criticism constructively.
- Is hungry to develop his/her interest/knowledge/network in the creative field by attending design/creative workshops, reviewing professional articles/publications and participating in professional societies.
- Is a team player, who exercises flexibility, and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintains a strong professional work ethic, who is deadline-oriented, possesses acute vision, and a strong attention to detail.
