Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative, logistics and co-ordination support for advertising and printing related strategies and activities
- Assisting in processing quotations, order fulfilment, invoices and reports
- Liaise with customers, sales, vendor and warehouse.
- Monitoring stock level and inventory control.
- Provide support for any ad-hoc sales support and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level and above
- With some sales & marketing experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Competent in MS Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and good experience in customer service.
- Resourceful, result-oriented, meticulous and good team player
- Adaptable, analytical, ability to multi-task, perform in a fast paced environment
