- Handle business sales enquiry inbound calls
- Follow up on customer email sales enquiry
- Cross-sell and upselling of Business solution products
- Create marketing content, plans and ideas for new promotions or services
- Provide telemarketing support for Marketing campaigns
- Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service to customer
- Provide weekly sales forecast report to managers
