The Customer Service Development program is an exciting learning opportunity for intern to work in a customer service role providing support to internal stakeholders, existing customers and potential customers. In this role, candidates will respond to enquiries and requests via emails and telephone. Responses will require research, order entry, and written customer response within specified timeframes. Over the course of this progressive program, successful performers can expect to work across multiple semesters, performing diverse tasks of increasing complexity. The program will offer exposure to multiple roles and functions and may lead to post-graduation employment opportunities.
Specific Tasks and Activities To be Completed within Internship Period:
