======= Job Scope =======

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Provide Help Desk telephone support on an as needed basis while entering and maintaining

up-to-date status information on Help Desk tickets

- Answer staff questions in person and via IM or phone on all company supported applications

- Troubleshoot computer problems

- Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.)

- Advise staff on appropriate action

- Serve as liaison between staff and the technology department to resolve issues

- Hardware and software installations

- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

- Result oriented

- Knowledge of current MS office, internet browsers and/or Adobe applications

- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels and functions

- Students from the field of IT may apply.
