Olivia Mia is a members only exclusive private shopping club in Singapore. It is a start up looking to tap into the fast growing woman’s luxury fashion market. Through our partner company Brandsfever we have a presence in 15 markets across Asia. Responsibilities

*Build strong relations and partnerships with vendors and account for agreements

*Negotiate buying terms with distributors and suppliers (price, quantity, delivery terms, etc.)

*Keep track of industry trends, new brands and products

*Work together with internal team members to ensure brand/product consistency is met

Requirements

*Buying experience in a multi-vendor environment

*Solid understanding of retail financials and product assortments

*Proven skills in managing the entire buying process

*Experience in creating attractive proposals

*Ability to work and remain flexible in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment
