OHBOY! Pictures – Producer

Responsibilities:

• Client servicing and ensuring clear communication of client needs to the rest of the production process
• Coordinate the activities of writers, directors, editors, and other personnel throughout the production and post-production process. This includes all in-house staff, freelancers, talents and external vendors.
• Perform management activities such as budgeting, scheduling and planning
• Determine production size, content, and budget, establishing details such as production schedules and management policies.
• Arrangement of casting calls and location scouting
• Preparation of all paperwork relating to the production, such as location permissions, location releases, talent releases, copyrights etc
• Compilation of information such as talent and crew availability, expenses, props lists etc
• Conduct meetings with staff to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained

Requirements:

• Organized, quick, with good time management skills
• Good tempered and able to work under pressure
• Strong visual sense and a creative flair
• Experience in the local production industry
