Job Description

● Prepare all Cost Estimates in AX based on the original budget created by the PM
● Prepare all PAAFs & POs in AX based on the original requirements set out by the PM
● Enter all staffing requirements into ResourceGuru based on PM timing plans and
Resource Manager’s directions
● Create a weekly burn report for resourced from AX (based on timesheets) as a CSV file
and provide to the PM
● Job number: Creation of job number in AX based on details given by PM
● Cost/Project Estimate: Creation of PE in AX based on details given by PM
● Purchase Order: Creation of PO in AXs for suppliers based on details given by PM
● Approval of Rev reporting and PO payment, based on details given by PM
● Update Project Tracker/finance team on PE # created for invoicing, based on details
given by PM
● Ad-hoc paperwork and admin jobs as advised by PM
Optional:
● Booking of meeting rooms and setting of meetings as advised by PM
