Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to assist our Principal Consultant, Jasmine Vincent, for her day-to-day work in office space sale and leasing in the CBD area. The responsibilities include: 

  • Updating the listings database (daily basis)
  • Updating marketing sites (daily basis)
  • Updating marketing materials (regular basis)
  • Site inspections of office buildings and units (ad-hoc basis)
  • Communications with landlords, owners and co-broke agents (regular basis)
Suitable candidates should display the following characteristics:
  • A sense of ownership for the task at hand
  • Positive mindset and interest to learn
  • Good spoken and written English language
  • Good Microsoft Office applications skills especially Excel 
  • Bonus if interested in commercial real estate and specifically in office space sale leasing 
The successful candidate will have a dedicated desk space in our CBD office at Raffles Place.
