Job Description
  • Provide 1st line support tocustomers with their questions about any of NXP products
  • Data entry and maintenance of technical support database (SFDC/Feedback Handler)

  • Generate reports/statistics for individual regions after defined KPI

  • Filtering, cleaning up and preparing tickets/articles for the knowledge management database

  • Preparation of training materials around technical support organization

  • Working on social media projects

  • eSupport administration on Intranet and homepage creation activities

Requirements

  • Electrical engineering i.e. polytechnic student 2nd year onwards / undergrads is desired
  • 40-60hours per month, 6-12months period
