The Role:
Duties:
- Assist with cheque preparation and data entry of journal entries into the accounting system
- Assist the department in AP and AR
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist in generating reporting.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as requested by supervisor
Job Requirements:- General accounting knowledge
- Prefer in software MYOB would be an advantage
- Prefer in foreign exchange, multi-currency. (Our company using USD currency)
- Candidates who can commence work on 1st May to 31st Aug 2015.
- Location at Ang Mo Kio.
