NOVENA Furniture – Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: 1) A & P

• Devise marketing and promotional activities, advertising campaign & explore new channels to boost awareness of our brand and products to grow our sales
• Liaise with operations & buying team in weekly ads & monthly catalogue campaign.
• Work with our in-house graphic designers & photographer to create visuals for press ads, campaign posters, catalogue, etc.
• Collaborate with mass media & partners for advertising, print, media buy, etc.
• Organise customer focus group study quarterly
• Analyse effectiveness of marketing ads campaign from sales statistics and recourse/fine-tune marketing plan
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the company

2) Retail

• Devise marketing activities & promotional campaign & explore new channels to boost awareness of our brand and products to grow our sales
• Liaise with operations & buying team for promotional & customer in store activity.
• Plan & manage roadshow/atrium event with buying & operations team.
• Work with key vendors/partners to identify & evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data, etc.
• Manage by updating monthly Marketing budget.
• Analyse effectiveness of marketing activities & promotional campaign from sales statistics and recourse/fine-tune marketing plan
• Organise customer focus group study quarterly
• Generate social media hype by actively posting interesting content or organize contest to engage participation from customers and followers
• Assume any other suitable duties as and when assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or its equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in retail industry
• Preferably with experience in Digital Marketing
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese speaking associates)
