Job Description

Objective of role:

  • Support in reporting, planning and purchasing in the merchandising function for all brands in the company

Key accountabilities:

  • Stock level analysis in all the retails outlets to support accurate stock replenishment and propose analytical feedback

  • Update and process purchase orders, stock allocations and requisitions

  • Run end of season reports to facilitate analysis on Vendor performance and order fulfilment

  • Coordinate with vendors / suppliers, Logistic, Warehouse and Operations on shipment schedules for all regions.

  • Assist in conducting stock taking activities.

  • KPI Monthly Inventory Data to Principals

  • Responsible in liaising with forwarders and courier service to ensure that goods arrive as scheduled

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to improve replenishment process and supply chain efficiencies.

  • Responsible for accuracy of data and maintenance of Navision system

  • To report any stocks discrepancies during shipment receiving, if any

  • Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • to assist MM on store inventory by location including in-stocks position and inventory rebalancing.
