Job Description
Interns will be involved in information management process such as content search and encoding. Furthermore, interns will be required to validate quality of data shown and content placement.
- Search for relevant industrial explanations for terms needed
- Customise information gathered correctly and succinctly for company products
- Cross check information from different sources for correctness and accuracy
- Map content placement to display information in a user-friendly manner
- Encode information based on code formats given(e.g. XML) to map information
- Run manual testings to identify explanations that users may require and ensure terms have correct descriptions mapped to them
- Track data shown to identify necessary changes required for descriptions
Individuals should be:
- detail-orientated
- able to summarise key relevant information in references
- strong command of spoken and written English
- communicate efficiently and effectively with supervisors and co-workers
