Responsibilities:

·         Managing excess inventory and maintain optimal inventory level to ensure timely availability of products

·         Scan stock and reconcile inventory using electronic inventory tracking

·         Coordinating the entire shipment process of goods to/from the warehouse

·         Identify improvements to service levels, operational policy, procedures and goals, and design standard operational procedures for staff

·         Maintaining effective business relationships with customers and ensure customers’ satisfaction with our services

·         Issuing purchase orders, reports, and documents to customers

·         Creating and performing documentation of spreadsheets to report and analyze data

·         Recruiting, hiring and managing a team of Inventory Counters.

·         Presenting written reports and analyses to seniority staff/manager

Requirements:

·         Undergraduate in Logistics Management or equivalent have similar internship

·         Solid understanding of inventory related practices

·         Good knowledge of demand and supply planning

·         Strong organizational and analytical skills

·         Independent individual with the ability to multi-task through effective prioritization

·         Bilingual in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate and write in Mandarin (working with clients from China)
